Today being in honor of Jose Rizal, a well educated Filipino Medical Doctor, who, after completing a course of study in Madrid, Paris & London and returning to Manila, espoused the Filipino cause and being captured was betrayed by Padres Espanas and publicly shot on the Luneta, by order of the Spanish Gov.
