Notified by Med Hq this date that I am Sr Officer on a special detail of 10 officers and 65 EM for local detail apparently Bilibid. The rest of this camp is being broken up and the majority sent to Japan, at least out of P. I. except an equal Medical detail (10 & 65) and 17 non-utility detail to stay here with about 400 patients and approximately 240 permanent disability cases.
