Have just finished a dinner conference with the Constitutional Convention delegates on the amendments to the second draft.
Impressed on them the need of self sacrifice and otherwise the reform movement may fail.
For we should fear not only the communists but the rightists and the armed forces.
Have been feeling below the weather from my cold. So slept this morning until my appointments — 9:30-11:30 after the visit of Dr. Mathay.
Worked on the decrees on fisheries development and expropriation for public works.
Imelda is in Nayon Pilipino for the rehearsals of the Bagong Anyo.
