Wd.# 11 to be vacated completely. 39 patients were transferred to Wd. #4 & 27 well patients to Bldg. #13 (They are part of 69 on main draft) The rest went out to #14. Ten field officers changed from #1 to #18 and ten Co. grade officers from #13 to #1.
Sgt Owens relieved from mess and sent to diet kitchen today. A new barber is being appointed to replace E.M. Castile who went on McKinley detail. Ph. M. 2/c Stamp was appointed.
In general, there are less complaints and the mess is fairly satisfactory. Major Roby has public approval and Captain Nasr has satisfactory relations with the Japanese QM Sgt.
