Enemy tanks are lurking in the vicinity of Banzai Bridge [Jones Bridge]. Our attack preparation has been completed. I am now on guard duty at Guerrilla Internment Camp. [Fort Santiago?] While I was on duty, approximately 10 guerrillas tried to escape. They were stabbed to death. At 1600 [hours] all guerrillas were burned to death.
