pp. 62-63 10:45 a.m. – Amphogel – (antacid) one teaspoonful followed by one small glass of milk and cream 10:50 a.m. – Breakfast – 1

Calcium Lactate tab II after each meals tid. Discontinue. Dr. Trepp

Fibrogen 3 c.c. in a glass of ice water 2x a day, at mid morning + mid afternoon. Dr. Hayes
