Before ten o’clock in the morning the tricolor was hoisted from the Casa Real and the Tribunal. This event happened without any formalities and without anybody’s attention being drawn, as if the change of flag did not have any meaning. How clearly does this show that these people have no idea whatsoever of what it is all about, and if they have an idea, how peaceful and without malice they are.
