Idled & read all Morning. [?] day into slightly warmer –Monday various sessions of Bridge & Poker with our two young men –a Mr. Sypher & Sharkey– the latter & his wife from our table.
Tuesday very warm & sultry –everyone almost prostrated & our room like a Turkish bath.
