Siegrist added to those living in out bodego [bodega], number 13. The majority of of people arrived from #2. Thus, 13 people moved into #13 on the 13th. Too bad for the superstitious.I have worked very hard today, getting the hospital tent and dispensary set up. Didn’t accomplish much, but am extremely tired. It appears to be much cooler up here. Running water and showers are another very attractive feature. Strict military discipline and courtesy will be observed by this group from now on. Rumor that 100 Americans dying daily at Tarlac, and that maybe we will soon be sent there to give medical attention. If not soon it would be of no use.
