BAGUIO. This evening at tho official residence of Lieutenant-Colonel MATSUNAGA, senior staff-officer, a dinner party was held under the auspices of the senior Chief of Staff and the senior Adjutant, and I was asked to interpret. I related the greetings acting as interpreter. There were four ENGLISH interpreters, two TAGALOG, one ENGLISH interpreter, hired locally, a total of seven persons.
