Mabuhay ang Pilipino (Paglulunsad) Inauguration at Maharlika — 28 organizations including the civil organizations, women’s clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.
Similar ceremonies were held in all provincial capitals and cities.
National Heroes Day (Bonifacio Day) was chosen.

Meeting at 6:00 PM with Sec. Ponce Enrile, Gen. Espino, Zagala, Ramos, Rancudo, Commodore Ruiz, Gen. Nanadiego, Montoya and Ver.
Dinner at the Tennis Courts — Mongolian barbecue by Tokyo Restaurant.
