The last few days have been quiet up until this morning when the USAFFE ambushed two Japanese trucks loaded with soldiers. There was a fight and the Japanese radioed Iloilo for help (all their trucks carry wireless). Reinforcements came and the USAFFE had to flee. I do not know what the casualties were — some say 20 Japanese soldiers wounded and one USAFFE soldier.
