No Water till nearly noon. Bad head. The toilets have been stopped up and overflowing because of no flushing. We used the latrines dug by our men in relays, with their stomachs sticking to their backbones from hunger and thirst. Oatmeal, buns and cocoa about 9:30. The Japanese took our pictures. Rice and pork fat at 3 tasted very good. We have pooled all the canned goods brought in. Bedie sick with cramps in A.M. I had sinus headache in the night. Awful lying on the floor with people pounding by constantly on the boards. The lights came on at last.
