Now we have some more excitement. Yesterday morning before daylight, the Commandant and his staff returned. They were tired out and we do not know where they went or what they were doing. Food rations have been cut some and we have slim meals today, but we cook extra so will be able to keep up our strength. It has been rainy so far today but we have seen a few large planes and heard many others.
