.At 7 in the morning, we saw the Filipinas. At midday I measured the sun at 12 1/3 degrees, I mean, scarcely 1/4. In 24 hours, southwest In 6 hours we sailed 6 leagues west southwest, At seven in the afternoon, we anchored at 35 brazas in the islands of the Cibabao Bay with the breeze from the band of the west. And this same day was accomplished the voyage from the port of Navidad to the island of Tandaya. Said navigation is made by the meridian and ends at the diametral line of 2,060 leagues going straight east-west. We had 74 days of good weather; only three days of calm. We stayed on in the island of Cibabao six days.
