Tenko of Camp conducted between 0230 and 0320 this date incident to alarm caused by contact, of an unknown nature, with the protective wire on the walls, at a point that was undisclosed. Ward medical officers were ordered to their respective buildings for this muster. Black out conditions are still in effect.
