Left San Mateo 7.30 arriving Pump Sta. 1.30. Found we were to be rl’d same day by 24 Inf. to proceed immediately to Manila to take cascos to Calamba. Protested to C. O. that I & my men were exhausted & needed rest. Protest forwarded & ordered them to march tomorrow.
