Mr. Pineda, one of our neighbors, came in, reported Arthur badly wounded and taken by ambulance to unknown Hospital, and that family was at Calle Dart near the Singalong Church; he will go tell them at once to come here.

(1877 — 1950). Veteran of Spanish-American War; served in Immigration Service; Senior Administrative Assistant in the Manila Base Quartermaster Depot. Married to a Filipina, he was eventually interned in Santo Tomas.
