Memorial services commemorating those who died in the past year were held in the Bilibid cemetery. Staff and patient personnel were in attendance. Captain N. Nogi, Imperial Japanese Army, director of this camp, also attended, and two baskets of flowers and floral wreaths were presented. (Basket of flowers donated by Japanese),
