At 6 in the afternoon, we anchored at Camiguinin,at 15 brazas at the harbor of a shoal which is at the western part of the island, half a league from the shore.

Camiguinin is a large island with a perimeter of 10 Ieagues. We stayed three days in the said island. I measured the sun regularly at scarcely 9 degrees in the middle of the island. The Governor ordered that we go to Butuan to see if we could find something worthwhile there.
